The Public Utility Law Project (PULP) represents residential low income and rural consumers in utility, telecommunications and energy-related matters seeking to advance universal service, affordability, and consumer protection. 

The Customer Help and Information Center answers general questions about common energy, telecom, or other utility problems. It is also a resource for legal aid lawyers to see if your clients qualify for legal aid, information for personal injury attorneys representing hurt victims by public utilities, and advocates seeking information or consultation to better assist low income consumers.  You may obtain general information directly from the website, or request assistance and advice from highly qualified PULP staff.

PULP Training Conferences - PULP conducts conferences on Preventing Utiliity Terminations and other topics relating to universal service, affordability, and customer protection.
